Privacy policy
The Video Signal is a small public website. This page explains the limited data the site may process when someone visits.
Information processed
- Standard server logs may include request time, URL, IP address, user agent, and response status.
- Google Analytics may record aggregate pageview and referral information when configured. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site tag.
- Site analytics scripts respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
- Admin-only features may use Firebase Authentication, but public reading does not require an account.
YouTube and Google services
The site embeds videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player and uses YouTube/Firebase/Google Cloud services to operate. Those services may process data under their own policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
No sale of personal data
The site does not sell visitor personal information. Contact requests are used only to respond to the request.
